Airspace Safety Observer – Ground UAS Operations

Akima Infrastructure Services is seeking a Ground Flight Observer Tech 1 at Libby Army Airfield in Arizona. This position involves ensuring the safety and security of airspace during operations of the Gray Eagle UAS. Responsibilities include monitoring airspace conditions and communicating effectively with the Unmanned Aircraft operator.
The ideal candidate must have a Class II FAA Flight Physical and pass a background check. The work is on-site and requires maintaining visual situational awareness at all times.
