$25/hour | Full-Time - Temporary | 3:30am-2:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Our client is seeking a

Production Technician

to join their manufacturing team in Framingham. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, changeover, clean, and troubleshoot production equipment, including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, wrappers, and forklifts.
Perform basic maintenance and record key data such as preventative maintenance, downtime, and production output.
Complete hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials before use.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (QA, Maintenance, etc.).
Participate in meetings and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in a clean manufacturing or high-speed production environment preferred.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus).
Forklift experience preferred (training available).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
