Capital Equipment Medical Device Sales
Capital Equipment medical device sales for a market leader in the dental space. Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader. Field based, not "on call". OTE $220K GEOGRAPHY: Pennsylvania, South New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC CANDIDATE LOCATION: Philadelphia, South New Jersey, Maryland
Compensation:
$70-80K base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
Commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6
Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
On Target Earnings: $220K (base + variable)
Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parking
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 full Years of Outside Sales Experience
Experience in B2B high volume / daily activity
Capital Equipment Sales a plus
Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)
Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.
Understand of capital financing helpful
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
