To support effective procurement strategies, the full-time Category Manager - Professional Services will implement sourcing initiatives for Professional Services and Marketing, focusing on cost reduction and supplier performance while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Execute strategic sourcing strategies and initiatives to improve supplier quality and cost-effectiveness
Develop and manage indirect procurement category sourcing strategies, including RFXs and supplier negotiations
Analyze spend data and market trends to identify sourcing projects and develop multi-year plans
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or category management, particularly in professional services and marketing
Proven experience in developing and leading RFx processes and supplier negotiations
Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of category management concepts
Track record of achieving significant cost savings and managing multiple projects simultaneously
