The Producer aids in production project execution across the full range of the client base. The role is accountable to standardized workflows across a wide range of clients and job types. The focus is fluent use of workflow platforms, such as Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud, iQuote, Monarch, and PrintFlow, to aid in flawless project execution. This role directly ensures project execution that meets or exceeds client expectations, manages client status updates, activates operators, tracks milestones, and delivers final products on time and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Account Manager when assigned to a project, to execute client‑specific production campaigns/projects.
Use Adobe Workfront to project manage, creating schedules, project‑level tasks, assigning tasks, labor tracking, project delivery, and client invoicing.
Initiate the full production workflow process in iQuote/Monarch/PrintFlow and execute projects from creative approval through color, finishing, imposition, and production/finishing.
Coordinate with Logistics and production teams to ensure on‑time delivery of physical deliverables.
Understand and manage project milestones in a Workfront schedule to keep both internal partners and clients informed of timing.
Collaborate with service department leads (color, pre‑press, print production, engineering, fabrication, logistics, estimating, and purchasing) to ensure all services meet established objectives.
Ensure file prep work from Color/Finishing and Prepress departments meets quality standards and is delivered on time and in line with the overall project schedule.
Adhere to technical requirements throughout the job.
Provide quality assurance on all files from receipt through pre‑press phases and prep for final delivery.
Create and manage budgets and costs in Workfront/Monarch/iQuote throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure estimates in the system contain revenue numbers consistent with forecasted revenues from account owners.
Manage outsourcing with vendor partners and on‑time delivery of final product.
Data entry into the job tracking system, including creating PO and shipping data.
Keep the Account Director and Account Manager apprised of workflow deadlines, manage priorities, flag potential scheduling issues, and collaborate to resolve them.
Manage the billing process and coordinate with the Account Manager and Account Director for progress billing on a weekly basis and closing out of a project.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Prior experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager or directly related experience.
Experience managing large projects on tight deadlines and budgets.

Computer skills: Adobe WorkFront, Monarch, iQuote, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to digest and interpret Creative Renders, CAD engineering design packets, SOWs, POs, Pricing Grids, and compliance documents.
