ABOUT THE ROLE
We’relooking for a Director of Accounts Payable to lead and strengthen our AP function in a high-volume, multi-branch environment. This is ahands-on leadership roleresponsible for driving accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across allpayablesactivity. The right person will bring structure to the team, improve processes, and ensure the function supports the pace of the business. This role is based onsite in our Dallas administration officeand requires a strong leadership presence and day-to-day engagement with the team.

WHATYOU’LLDO
Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function across all locations

Establish clear processes, expectations, and accountability across the team

Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of invoices, payments, and expense activity

Identifyinefficiencies and implement improvements to increase speed and accuracy

Drive practical automation and system improvements where they add value

Partner with operations and internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Manage vendor relationships andmaintainstrong communication

Monitor key AP metrics (timeliness, accuracy, aging, etc.) and report to leadership

Build, coach, and develop a reliable, high-performing AP team

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

WHATWE’RELOOKING FOR
7–10+ years of Accounts Payable experience with leadership responsibility

Experience managing AP in ahigh-volume, multi-entity environment

Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and workflow improvement

Hands-on leadership style — willing to be involved in day-to-day execution

Ability to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a team

Clear, direct communicator who can work across departments

ERP experiencerequired(Epicor or similar preferred)
