Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute pricing strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment through cross-functional collaboration
Lead enhancements to pricing tools and processes, advancing analytics for improved pricing insights
Monitor pricing performance and coordinate Pricing Governance activities with the North America Leadership team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred
A minimum of 15 years of experience in pricing within a B2B setting, with 10 years in the Medical Device sector
Proven experience in driving pricing consistency across North America markets
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data visualization and analytics tools
