Communications Change Management Specialist

Supporting complex university-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Change Management Specialist will focus on strategic communications and organizational change management to help individuals and teams adapt to changes in processes and technologies.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with program goals and priorities
Create content and engage with the community to foster understanding and support for change initiatives
Collaborate with program teams and subject matter experts to facilitate organizational change management activities

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in communications or organizational change management
Experience developing communication strategies for complex initiatives in a decentralized environment
Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and methodologies
Completion of Prosci Change Management training or a willingness to obtain certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applications like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
