Managing a territory focused on OEM sales, the full-time Area Sales Manager - OEM will oversee a sales team, develop customer relationships, and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and profitability while working remotely in the Northeast United States.
Key responsibilities
Manage the OEM sales team and independent rep companies in the Northeast
Develop and maintain productive relationships with OEM customers at all levels
Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
Senior OEM Account Management experience
Understanding of the full portfolio of products and services, including power distribution
Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB products
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
