Driving the growth of China-based brands in U.S. e-commerce, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Mandarin will manage fulfillment across multiple marketplaces, structure competitive agreements, and advise on long-term growth strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Drive brand growth by assessing GMV potential and building competitive fulfillment contract models
Translate long-term brand goals into actionable steps and inspire teams to execute strategies effectively
Monitor account health through performance metrics and take decisive actions to ensure brand success
Required qualifications
Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
5-6+ years managing e-commerce clients with significant annual net sales, particularly with brands importing from China
Proven experience engaging with client leaders at all levels in fast-paced environments
Strong management skills with creative problem-solving and exceptional communication abilities
