Director of Partner Digital Success

To elevate partner engagement and success, the remote Director of Partner Digital Transformation will define and drive a holistic digital transformation strategy, focusing on AI-driven experiences and personalized learning for partners.
Key responsibilities

Define and implement a digital transformation strategy that enhances partner experiences through AI and digital tools
Lead the integration of Agentic AI platforms to simplify workflows and provide personalized engagement for partners
Develop and execute high-impact enablement programs, including training and digital learning, to maximize partner success

Required qualifications

12+ years of experience in partner enablement, ecosystem strategy, or customer success
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field
Proven experience designing and scaling AI platforms or advanced digital experiences
Strong data and analytics skills to define KPIs and measure partner journey improvements
Exceptional relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
