Job Overview
Senior Media Buyer responsible for driving elite Meta performance and scaling paid acquisition across the UK and new international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta ad accounts day‑to‑day across live markets, structuring campaigns, audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing and daily optimization.
Scale spend while maintaining ROAS/CAC targets, defending spend decisions with hypotheses and data.
Coordinate multi‑geo operations, supporting different audiences, creative variants, compliance, and reporting.
Partner with Creative Lead to translate platform signals into briefs, run testing frameworks, and scale winners.
Operate a weekly rhythm—plan, execute, review, replan—with clear forecasts and decision rules.
Maintain and evolve Business Manager structures, ensuring resilience against platform changes.
Expand into adjacent channels over time (Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate).
Lead junior buyers when added, hiring, mentoring, and building the Meta pod.
Qualifications
Hands‑on Meta experience with £1M+ monthly spend, directly managing accounts.
5+ years of Meta‑specific depth covering policy, bidding, attribution and testing frameworks.
Background in DTC consumer scale‑up, driving month‑over‑month growth.
Structured operator skills: forecasting, weekly reporting, explicit decision rules.
Creative fluency: brief concepts, hooks, formats, and give sharp creative feedback.
Multi‑geo experience or demonstrated ability to manage parallel complex workstreams.
Startup intensity: willing to work 50+ hours/week in an async, high‑ownership culture.
Not the Right Fit
Primarily B2B, brand‑awareness campaigns or agency‑based work without hands‑on ownership.
Limited experience with large monthly Meta spend.
Nice to Have
Hands‑on Google Ads (search, performance max, demand gen, YouTube).
Experience in TikTok Ads, programmatic, affiliate, or offline media.
Healthcare/regulated category exposure (GLP‑1s, telehealth, weight management).
Attribution sophistication (MMM, incrementality, geo holdouts).
Multi‑market operation history across multiple countries.
Management or mentorship experience.
Crisp written communication for leaders and non‑experts.
