Remote Talent Sourcer – Healthcare & National Roles

Recover Together, Inc. d/b/a Groups Recover Together is seeking a full-time Talent Sourcer to proactively source talent for high-demand roles in a remote capacity. You'll develop national sourcing strategies and engage candidates while collaborating with leadership to build talent pipelines across multiple states.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare. Experience with multi-state recruiting and strong Boolean sourcing skills are necessary.
