Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and hands-on aspects of design, with a strong emphasis on print production. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the development of sales and marketing collateral by creating visually engaging materials and assisting with print preparation and finishing. This role requires a balance of design skills, production knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions:

Design and produce sales and marketing collateral including sell sheets, posters, presentations, and internal support materials and collateral.
Create visually engaging layouts that effectively communicate messaging and align with brand standards
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper bleeds, crop marks, color modes, and resolution
Manage hands-on finishing tasks such as trimming, assembling, mounting, and preparing materials for distribution
Select and apply appropriate typography, imagery, and layout for various projects
Revise designs based on feedback from marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Support internal stakeholders with design requests and quick-turn revisions
Maintain organized file systems and version control for ongoing projects
Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital materials
Assist with print orders and production instructions following final approval
Collaborate with team members including marketing managers and designers on larger or specialized projects
Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field (internship experience acceptable)
Strong understanding of print design and production workflows
Solid knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Working knowledge of digital design formats and best practices
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have...

Experience supporting an internal sales or marketing team
Familiarity with brand systems and templates
Experience with large-format print, signage, or display materials
Basic knowledge of Figma
Hands-on experience with manual cutting or finishing equipment
Work Environment

Fully onsite in Woodbury, Long Island
