Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Camstar (Opcenter) Developer / MES Technical Lead

to design, architect, develop, and deploy Camstar eDHR solutions across global manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, integrate MES with ERP/LIMS/Middleware systems, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the

design, development, deployment, and maintenance

of Camstar MES (Opcenter Execution) solutions across global manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT - to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop, configure, and support

MES workflows, recipes, and components

that drive manufacturing operations.
Ensure seamless

integration between MES, ERP, LIMS, and shop floor systems

(e.g., OPC, middleware).
Document, validate, and deploy MES configurations in development, test, and production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues, customer complaints, and vendor-related technical challenges.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to ensure scalability, stability, and compliance.
Technical Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with

Camstar Designer

and

Portal Studio .
Experience in

Opcenter Medical Device Suite

or similar manufacturing MES environments.
Good understanding of

ERP integration

and

shop floor system integration

(e.g., OPC, middleware).
Proficiency in

.NET, JavaScript, and SQL .
Experience leading MES implementation or upgrade projects is preferred.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in

MES (Camstar/Opcenter)

solution design, development, and deployment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
