Media Performance Analytics Analyst

Overview The Analyst of Media Performance Analytics supports the measurement and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. This role transforms campaign data into clear insights that drive tactical decisions and improve efficiency across digital channels.
You will work closely with Media and Marketing teams to ensure performance reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
This is a contracted position based at VVHQ (Virgin Voyages Head Office) in Plantation, FL. Hybrid work environment: collaboration days Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities Monitor and report campaign performance across paid social, search, display, and affiliate platforms.
Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that track KPIs and pacing against targets.
Analyze trends and diagnose performance drivers, surfacing optimization opportunities.
Support structured A/B testing and measurement initiatives.
Collaborate with media managers to align reporting to campaign objectives.
Automate recurring reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Superpowers Required Degree in a quantitative discipline (Bachelor’s required).
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing analytics or media reporting.
Working knowledge of digital media KPIs and optimization levers.
Experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
SQL knowledge preferred.
Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to translate data into concise, actionable insights.
Detail‑oriented with high standards for data accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
