Job Overview:
Revel Group is seeking a highly strategic and analytical, results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead all paid media efforts for Anakeesta and WildSide. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of all media investments across digital and traditional channels, ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable outcomes including attendance, revenue, and efficiency.

As the leader of Paid Media, you will oversee campaign strategy and execution across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Broadcast, and OOH. You will be responsible for developing channel strategies, managing budget allocation, and optimizing performance across key DMAs such as Nashville, Atlanta, and other priority markets.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to continuously optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and scale high-performing channels. You will work closely with Creative team to ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging, targeting, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Planning & Buying
Develop and execute media plans across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Broadcast, and OOH
Manage budget allocation across channels based on performance targets and campaign goals
Execute media buys and placements across priority DMAs (Nashville, Atlanta, etc.)
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with seasonal and event-driven priorities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Actively monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance
Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, creative rotations, and placements to improve performance
Implement audience segmentation and geo-targeting strategies
Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming efforts
Performance Reporting
Own daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting
Track KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain reporting dashboards in collaboration with analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
Testing & Execution
Execute A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, and offers
Partner with Creative to deploy and iterate on performance-driven assets
Implement tracking, tagging, and campaign structure best practices
Vendor & Platform Management
Manage relationships with media platforms and external vendors/agencies
Ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with performance goals

Skills:
Hands-on experience across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
Ability to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
Proven ability to build out strong Media plans, including targeting, tactics, and budget allocation
Proficient in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
Experience with A/B testing across creative, audiences, and offers
Working knowledge of GA4, tracking, and attribution fundamentals
Focus on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications:
5–7+ years of experience in paid media planning and management (agency or in-house)
Expertise with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and other performance tools.
Proven success leading paid media strategy and overseeing operational execution across digital, OOH, and broadcast channels.
Strong understanding of full-funnel measurement, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
Experience working with moderate to large budgets
Strong understanding of performance metrics and how they tie to business outcomes
