Partner Marketing Specialist

Position Overview Red River is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to play a key role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Red River’s co‑marketing campaigns, platforms and processes. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with marketing, sales, business development, engineering and partner strategy teams on both internal and external partner activities. Responsibilities Maintain and nurture positive relationships with Red River’s partners.
Collaborate with partner strategy, sales and engineering teams on partner marketing programs.
Track partner marketing programs through planning, approval, implementation, proof of performance and payment.
Manage completion of marketing activities including emails, appointment setting, content syndication, sponsorships, events, tradeshows, ebooks, online advertising, and social media.
Collect campaign proof of performance and provide guidelines and timelines for partner marketing requirements.
Review and edit campaign deliverables to ensure compliance with partner branding and funding guidelines.
Work with sales and accounting to forecast and report on MDF.
Log and track partner payments and reconcile with accounting.
Attend briefings on partner programs and guidelines.
Manage sponsorships for company meetings, including partner registration, deliverables, Q & A and payments.
Support and attend partner events and sponsorships.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in reseller, distributor or OEM marketing and channel marketing.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and web‑based project management tools.
Advanced understanding of Excel.
Superior organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented, responsive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
