Sage Credit Union is expanding its marketing department and seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand and member engagement initiatives.
Essential Job Functions Lead the Marketing Team: develop, coach and manage individual team members to ensure department excellence.
Develop strategy to build brand visibility, recognition, and adoption in emerging markets.
Direct marketing and sales planning, including analysis of competitive products/services, selling techniques, regulation, budgets, pricing and distribution.
Conduct market research and recommend product/service modifications or improvements.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Training) to ensure alignment in positioning and effective delivery of communications.
Stay current on evolving technologies used to deliver marketing communications, including website, social media, online review and search, and adapt tactics accordingly.
Lead the development of all advertising and associated physical and digital collateral materials.
Champion campaigns that are delivered timely, build lasting relationships, align with the brand, and drive value for members.
Coordinate special events; monitor planning, schedule and implementation as required for proper execution.
Manage member complaint/grievance response activity.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Two to five years of experience in marketing in financial services preferred.
Cooperative, positive attitude toward members and fellow employees using sound interpersonal skills.
