Roc Nation is looking for a versatile Photographer & Editor to join our NYC‑based creative team. This role is for a visual storyteller who can own the content lifecycle—from concept and shooting to post‑production and delivery. Working under the direction of the Jr. Art Director, you will collaborate with various teams across the Roc Nation umbrella to produce compelling visual content.

Creative who follows trends and identifies opportunities for innovative visual growth
Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple projects and delivering exceptional work in a fast‑paced environment
Responsibilities Photo shooting, producing, and editing
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, digital, brand strategy) to build a holistic approach to photo production
Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas with the team
Maintain a steady flow of high‑quality content for all photo needs
Define and elevate the aesthetic quality of assets in collaboration with the Jr. Art Director
Manage post‑production workflow
Secure and vet photo & video talent, crew for upcoming shoots
Uphold the standards of the Roc Nation brand
Other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills & Knowledge 2‑4 years of experience in photography, editing (including skin retouching and beauty editing)
Experience shooting and concepting e‑commerce and lifestyle for digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
Familiarity with social media tools, copywriting, storyboarding, and content narrative creation
Experience troubleshooting lighting; working with DSLR or mirrorless video cameras
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent and detail‑oriented with a creative approach to video editing
Problem‑solving, calm under pressure; team player with ability to work independently and multi‑task
In tune with latest trends, news, and tools; full understanding of the Roc Nation brand and partner companies

Compensation $64,000.00 – $80,000.00 USD (pay based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience)
