Position Overview
Branded Hospitality is seeking a Partnerships Manager to support business development, sponsorship sales, and strategic partnership initiatives across the company's Media, Solutions, and Ventures platforms.

This role will work closely with senior leadership, including the Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, helping identify new opportunities, develop strategic relationships, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and manage sponsorship opportunities across podcasts, newsletters, events, vodcasts, and custom media programs

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality operators, technology companies, suppliers, agencies, and strategic partners

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and renewal

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasts, and activity tracking within HubSpot

Collaborate with leadership on partnership strategy, revenue generation, and go-to-market initiatives

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

Support cross-functional initiatives across Branded's Media, Solutions, and Ventures businesses

Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels within the hospitality and foodservice industries

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, media sales, and account management

Hospitality, foodservice, restaurant, media, technology, or B2B sales experience is a plus

Proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Experience using HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and CRM platforms

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
