We're Hiring: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Full-Time | Hybrid Remote (2 Days a Week In-Office)

About the Role
You will partner closely with Commercial Lines producers to manage and service a diverse book of business. From marketing specialty lines to handling client communications and renewals, your work will directly impact client satisfaction and agency growth. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

What You'll Do

Assist producers in marketing and servicing new and renewal commercial accounts

Market specialty lines of business, including cyber, med tech, life sciences, and management liability

Prepare coverage comparisons, proposals, and summaries of insurance for prospects and clients

Review expiring policies with producers at least 90 days prior to renewal

Handle premium account reconciliations and online quoting, rating, and data retrieval

Report claims and respond to client questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the Agency Management System

Stay current on market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends

Cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients where appropriate

Take initiative in managing accounts in the producer's absence

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain per state requirements)

Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and markets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with at least one Agency Management System

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Team-oriented mindset with a professional and client-first attitude

High school diploma required
