Social Media Manager (SMM)
Your day-to-day will include running point on content, engagement, and growth strategies for up to three food, beverage and/or spirits clients. You will work with a full creative team (video, photography and graphic design), paid social analyst guidance, an influencer management department, and a group of directors to help ensure successful brand outcomes.

Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager should have a hands-on, proactive approach and a can-do attitude to improve processes at every step.

Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for up to three clients. Build trust and position Sircle Media as a strategic partner for growth. Ensure quality control for all client deliverables and provide actionable metrics and reporting.

Strategic Planning: Lead creative development, brand/influencer collaborations, client presentations, and tactical implementation. Propose programs that drive business and exceed forecasts within budget.

Team Management: Direct tasks across design, paid media, and internal teams; mentor and provide feedback.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Share best practices with other SMMs and align with the Social Media Director for strategic direction.

Non-negotiables

Experience in marketing with a CPG or spirits brand (agency and/or brand-side).

Expert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to interpret metrics for executives.

Proven ability to advise Directors and C-Level executives.

Deep understanding of leading-edge social, content, and influencer marketing practices.

Experience creating TikTok videos that follow trends and tell a story.

Experience pitching and negotiating with influencers is a plus.

Genuine passion for the health and wellness space.

Strong project management skills for overseeing multiple accounts.

Confidence in client-facing roles with professional communication, while maintaining a collaborative tone.

Ability to delegate tasks across multiple departments to get the job done.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify solutions.

Photographer (Creative Lead)
As a creator with Sircle Media, you will work with clients and our in-house team to concept/ideate for brands, stage, photograph and edit products, and provide art direction to other creatives. You should be able to present content to clients and relay feedback to the team. A portfolio with examples in the CPG, beverage, or spirit spaces is required.

Our ideal candidate is smart, social, collaborative, and proactive. We value contributors who think creatively and share ideas, not just take orders.

Occasional on-camera presence (hands/torso, no faces required)

Providing art direction and feedback to other creatives

Qualifications

Client-facing experience

Strong presentation skills

Time management and self-organization

Basic proficiency in stop motion

Memory and data organization

DSLR (full-frame preferred) or mirrorless

Studio lighting (strobe or continuous)

Proficiency in CaptureOne, Photoshop, Lightroom

Basic food styling

Project management tool experience (Asana, Slack, Basecamp) is a plus

Videography (studio and/or UGC) experience a plus

Graphic design skills are a bonus

Motion Graphics Designer
A Motion Graphics Animator creates short-form motion graphics and 3D product animations with autonomy to express creativity. The role supports emerging brands and requires strong visual storytelling aligned with brand look and feel. You should be able to work with minimal supervision and communicate with clients for feedback and approvals.

Responsibilities

End-to-end production of social content (graphics, video, curation) with in-house support

Support community management with high-quality assets

Generate fresh ideas to make clients known for engaging content

Requirements

1-2 years in a fast-paced design role creating successful social content

Ability to identify compelling concepts

Strong understanding of online culture and brand usage

Self-starter with team collaboration

Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop

3D animation skills in Blender or Cinema 4D; knowledge of production pipeline

Strong graphic design and animation skills; branding focus

Experience creating daily video content for social platforms

Ability to tailor content for specific audiences/platforms

Familiarity with video production settings (sequences, keyframes, captions)

Strong work ethic and adaptability

Strong communication and openness to feedback

Bonus: passion projects and personal interests that demonstrate creativity.
