Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Production Artist with strong capabilities in print & digital production, with an increasing emphasis on dynamic, digital‑first content. This hands‑on, in‑office position is suited for someone who operates with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and consistently delivers polished, on‑brand work across a variety of formats.

Responsibilities

Produce high‑quality creative assets across print and digital channels, including marketing materials, layouts, and digitally optimized content (e.g., social posts, display assets, and web visuals)

Create engaging digital content that goes beyond static imagery, incorporating movement, sequencing, or visual interest appropriate for online platforms

Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, formatting, and production specifications

Execute basic motion elements such as text animations, simple transitions, and animated graphics to enhance digital content

Support video and multimedia projects through editing, formatting, and creation of requested assets (e.g., short clips, overlays, graphics)

Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and reinforce a consistent visual identity and message

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including in‑house videography and creative resources, to meet project objectives and deadlines

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Perform thorough quality control on all deliverables prior to final release

Adapt and repurpose content across formats to support various business needs

Provide occasional support for basic photography needs as required

Maintain accurate project tracking and status updates within Wrike to ensure visibility, accountability, and on‑time delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role supporting print and digital production

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

Demonstrated ability to create digital content that is visually engaging and not purely static

Working knowledge of basic motion graphics, including text animation and simple animated elements

Strong understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and specifications

High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work

Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Professional demeanor with a team‑oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing content for social media platforms and digital campaigns

Experience supporting video production teams with post‑production or motion assets

Basic photography skills, including the ability to capture simple, high‑quality images for internal or marketing use

Knowledge of color correction and motion design best practices

Experience working within established brand guidelines in a corporate environment

Work Environment

Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our beautiful Fenton headquarters. This position is not eligible for hybrid schedules.
