We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the United States. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations, driving revenue and profitability, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets.
Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.
Travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
Requirements Experience in sales management or related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
Knowledge of market trends, strategies, and techniques for successful sales performance.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
