Meet is currently partnered with a fast-growing AI company transforming how life sciences organizations commercialise therapeutics through cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.
They are looking to add a highly driven head of talent to their team to build and scale the talent function, partnering closely with leadership to shape the team, culture, and hiring infrastructure during a critical growth phase.
Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational functions within a high-growth startup environment
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, role scope, and talent standards across the business
Build scalable sourcing pipelines and attract top-tier talent through proactive outreach, referrals, and employer branding initiatives
Design and optimise structured interview processes, hiring workflows, and recruiting operations to support rapid scaling
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and process effectiveness
Manage relationships with external agencies and recruiting partners when required
Support core people operations including onboarding, employee experience, compensation, benefits, and internal processes
Build foundational HR infrastructure including policies, handbooks, and scalable people practices
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership across people-related matters in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

3-6 years of experience across talent acquisition and/or people operations, ideally within high-growth startups
Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting across both technical and non-technical hiring
Experience building or improving HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, compensation structures, or employee handbooks
Comfortable operating as a standalone or first People/Talent hire within an evolving business
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with founders and leadership teams
Highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters
Experience within healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or other fast-paced technology environments is beneficial
Familiarity with ATS and HR systems such as Ashby or similar platforms is advantageous
Previous experience helping scale teams from Seed to Series A/B environments is highly preferred
