Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for an

Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

to own and scale our affiliate, creator, and performance partnerships ecosystem in the US.

This is not a coordination role — you will be responsible for

driving revenue, building partnerships, and scaling channels

across platforms including Awin, Levanta, TikTok Shop, Creator Connections, and Superaffiliate.

You will work cross-functionally with Amazon, retail, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships directly impact sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale affiliate and partnerships channels including

Awin, Levanta, Superaffiliate, TikTok Shop, and Creator Connections

Set and deliver against

monthly revenue and efficiency targets

Build and execute a clear testing and scaling roadmap

Creator & Partner Acquisition

Identify, recruit, and onboard

high-performing creators, publishers, and partners

Build a

consistent pipeline of partners

who drive measurable revenue

Focus on TikTok-first creators and Amazon-native content partners

Retail & Amazon Integration

Align affiliate activity with

Amazon rank strategy, Walmart, and Target promotions

Drive traffic that converts across

Amazon and retailer sites

Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns support key trading moments

Develop and optimize commission structures to drive

incremental growth

Test offers, bundles, and exclusive promotions with partners

Content & Performance Loop

Work closely with creative teams to identify

high-converting content

Feed top-performing creator content into paid media and PDPs

Continuously refine messaging based on performance data

Reporting & Insights

Track and report on

revenue, CAC, ROAS, and partner performance

Provide clear insights on what is scaling and where to invest further

Ensure focus remains on

incremental, profitable growth

Affiliate becomes a

meaningful revenue-driving channel

Strong network of

repeat, high-performing creators and partners

TikTok Shop and Amazon creators driving

consistent daily sales and content

Clear contribution to

retail velocity and Amazon performance

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience

3–6 years in

affiliate marketing, partnerships, or creator-led growth

Experience with at least two of the following:

Awin, Levanta, TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator ecosystem, Superaffiliate

Proven track record of

driving revenue through partnerships

Strong commercial mindset with understanding of

CAC, ROAS, and profitability

Preferred

Experience working with

Amazon-first or retail-led brands

Strong understanding of

TikTok and creator-led commerce

Existing network of creators, publishers, or affiliate partners
