Multicraft Reliability Technician

Torrey Holistics, Indianapolis, IN, USA

Pay: 10.000 - 60.000

Job type: Full Time

Step into a day where uptime is your craftYou clock in and scan the work-order queue. A CNC mill is due for preventive maintenance, the plant air system needs a filter change, and a fork truck is throwing an electrical fault. You prioritize, roll your tools, and get to it—lubricating guides, swapping HVAC filters, diagnosing a pneumatic leak, and tracing a 480V issue to a worn connector. By mid-shift, you’re advising a welder on a positioner issue, coordinating a crane repair, and phoning a vendor for a quote on a new sandblast nozzle. Before you wrap, you document everything and coach a teammate through a hydraulic check. Another productive day keeping equipment safe, compliant, and production-ready.Role snapshotReports to: Maintenance ManagerPersonnel: Not applicableAuthorities: N/AWhat you’ll ownTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues across CNC machines, welding power supplies and accessories, weld positioners, sandblast equipment, air compressors, vehicles, manual machines, cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Execute routine preventive maintenance—lubrication, filter changes, inspections—on machine tools, fork trucks, vehicles, compressed air systems, plant air, and HVAC.Diagnose failures, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability and efficiency.Build and follow repair and PM schedules driven by the shop work-order system.Maintain parts and consumable inventory to support routine maintenance.Assist and train fellow maintenance teammates; provide technical support to other departments.Engage established vendors for quotes, estimates, technical insight, and new technology information.Accountability and standardsKeep equipment in prime condition so conforming components meet blueprint dimensions and tolerances.
