ClimatecLLC seeks Service Account Specialist1 (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1077Central Parkway South, Suite900, San Antonio, TX78232.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to manage scheduling of specialists for all service agreements, day‑to‑day scheduling for emergency and T&M projects, and service retrofit projects.

Manage receipt, verification for accuracy, and entering of service workorders and employee time sheets.

Interact with service customers to ensure ClimatecBTG consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations and commitments.

Offer technical expertise and recommendations to customers and the service sales team to support generation of additional work (TSA, T&M, or service retrofit).

Coordinate with service sales for TSA renewal and escalation.

Perform customer QA’s informally and formally when scheduled; follow up on customer issues promptly, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant communication.

Provide project management on TSA’s, T&M, and service retrofit work; lead project management on networking design and installation.

Coordinate with the Material Coordinator to maintain accurate truck stocks and timely replacement of materials.

Work closely with the collections department and other employees to ensure timely collections for T&M, service agreements, and service construction.

Coordinate material orders and timing to maximize cash flow and material handling efficiency.

Engage with subcontractors or internal installation team to achieve maximum value in installations.

Support Climatec and other contractors to solve building operating issues beyond controls or special systems operation.

Provide leadership and input to assist accurate estimation, design, installation, start‑up, commissioning, and training for building systems and network designs.

Communicate with external organizations such as consulting engineers, building owners, and other contractors to ensure accurate and timely engineering of integrated systems.

Provide support for ongoing service engineering and support for existing building systems; keep service management system updated to achieve maximum productivity.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience as a Specialist Engineer or in an occupation involving HVAC controls, system networking troubleshooting, installation and design.

Employment experience with IT network and networking systems; designing complex computer networks; third‑party integrations to open platform BMS systems; programming PLC devices and global/field devices; CAD; computer systems and networking including MS Office Suite; and HVAC systems.

25% domestic travel.
