Audio Visual and Unified Communications Technician

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual and Unified Communications Technician to manage and support AV and UC systems across our global offices, including New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong.

In this role, you will:

Lead exciting AV/UC projects, focusing on the installation, configuration, and upgrade of systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to popular video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, Webex, and RingCentral, as well as AV equipment.

Provide exceptional technical support to executives and during important events.

Evaluate and recommend state-of-the-art AV/UC technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, and AMX control systems.

Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and network connectivity (including VPN and VoIP) for AV/UC systems.

Manage device deployment and security using JAMF, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and related tools.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.

Document processes, provide user training, and maintain high standards for system performance.
