TheInside Sales Representativeis accountable for execution of theTherapeuticBU strategy and achievement of business objectives/KPI’sbydelivering account specific sales goals.This is achieved by proactively engaging remotely assigned Veterinary Clinics andleveragingCRM clinic data to promote, educate and build brand equity within assigned accounts.This role virtually sells to remote customers.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years sales experience, preferably inside sales
Success inpreviousroles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to driveadvocacy.
Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter
Verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to travel 10% for training
What would be your key responsibilities?
Meet overall sales objectives & KPI’s.Demonstrate success in improving the health of your business
Utilize CRM toidentifyand translate knowledge of our products, categories,customer,and clinic data into business opportunities
Develop and execute a territory business plan;maintainprofitability and growth of clinics within assigned area
Launch new product and service offerings
Build effective relationships across all targetedclinicsthrough consultative selling
Continuallyacquirenew product knowledgeand sales skills byutilizinginternal resources andstaying current with company provided tools (classroom training, E-learning modulesetc)
Keepcurrent onthe competition and their products,interprethow this is relevant for your clinicsand the company
Build effective relationships with and service all targeted hospitals / personnel to ensure youmaintainand grow relevance and access within each account.
Develop and execute an effectiveTerritory Business Plan
Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and routinely adjust the strategies, tactics, and investments based on changing needs to maximize territory performance.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment.Adept at working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments
