RiVidium is seeking a Social Media Manager to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Performs PWS C.5.2.3.5 media intelligence; analyzes sentiment, tracks trends, and generates executive-level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day social media management and campaign execution across approved platforms.
Coordinate posts, responses, and campaign activities across approved channels.
Track trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to inform optimization recommendations.
Work with content, design, and analytics teams to maintain a consistent digital presence.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs).
Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
Work Setting
This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
