Oregon Licensed eForms Designer

Seeking an Oregon Licensed eForms Designer, the full-time remote Electronic Publishing Design Specialist 3 will coordinate, create, and support the production of eForms and printed materials while managing complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

Plan, create, and oversee production of complex projects and outreach campaigns
Serve as project lead, ensuring deadlines are met through collaboration with team members and external partners
Troubleshoot digital solutions and coordinate the design and printing of major department publications

Required qualifications

Six years of graphic arts production experience, including two years of technical consultation and project coordination
Expert-level experience designing interactive PDF forms using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Proficient in software such as Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Designer
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Graphic Arts may substitute for two years of experience
