Field Sales Enablement Market Manager – Denver, CO Location: Denver, CO or surrounding area. Role requires up to 75% air travel and overnight stays. Valid driver’s license and up to 4 days per week travel to ubreakifix stores and Forward Stocking Locations in the region via personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Key Responsibilities Build and grow productive relationships across the Field Sales Channels to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and company initiatives.
Act as a sales enabler, ramp new products, and drive the sales performance of ubreakifix stores and Delivery Expert Setup channel through proactive email, Zoom, and in‑person support across the country and within the geographic market.
Develop revenue/sales strategies, train field experts, provide leadership coaching, interpret data, hold accountability conversations, and foster a sales culture.
Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
Serve as the primary voice of Asurion for assigned markets, reaching or surpassing diverse goals.
Establish strong relationships with business partners and become the go‑to support resource.
Guide and influence behavioral change across the organization through influence.
Assess gaps in current sales process and develop effective growth strategies to accelerate Revenue and Connected Home performance.
Serve as an expert sales coach: guide practice sessions, role plays, observe customer interactions, and provide real‑time feedback.
Conduct side‑by‑side selling and on‑floor observations to develop product knowledge and confidence with technicians/experts.
Provide difficult feedback to peers, senior leaders, and front‑line employees when coaching.
Engage top performers to isolate key best practices, document and codify them, and ensure dissemination and adoption across all channels.
Interpret complex sales reporting to identify gaps and plan effective market tactics; provide daily and ad‑hoc readouts.
Lead virtual team calls, deliver content, and adhere to standard operating procedures for field visits and training expectations.
Generate excitement and engagement around sales for multiple teams over a large territory, both virtually and in person.
Administer travel and expense reporting timely and in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, Account Management, or related field.
Performance rating of exceeds or above, or current coach level role with strong performance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a co‑located team with Asurion and client employees.
Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation skills for small and large groups at all levels.
Problem‑solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others toward a common goal.
Collaborative team player.
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Located in assigned market and able to travel regionally up to 50% of the time, including potential air travel and overnight stays.
Current driver’s license in good standing.
Reliable transportation; ability to be on site at Forward Stocking Locations and ubreakifix stores up to 4 days a week.
