About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator, Creative Production, is an integral member of our brand marketing team located in Danbury. The role focuses on product launches, photo shoots, and print production. Key responsibilities include supporting photoshoots and video development, partnering cross‑functionally to create launch materials, managing timelines and line lists for product launches, and acting as the print production liaison for marketing materials.
This role requires onsite presence at our Danbury HQ three days per week, with up to 20% travel for photoshoots and showroom locations.
Responsibilities
Content Development: Assist in planning large‑scale photo shoots; partner with Marketing, Product, Inventory, and external vendors (photographers, retouchers, stylists, etc.) on set builds, estimates, and shot lists. Manage index photography and PDP photoshoots, schedule and organize products, secure approvals, and coordinate studio resources. Monitor inventory and sales/return processes for products used in photoshoots. Develop supporting documents and timelines (product news, line lists, etc.) and maintain marketing calendars, project lists, and timelines for brand initiatives.
Print Production: Coordinate print production with external vendors for product launches and branded materials, including print advertising and showroom signage.
Provide additional responsibilities and team support as needed (calendars, timelines, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1–3 years of related experience.
Passion for design and the creative process.
Interest in photography is a plus.
Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills; ability to build cross‑functional rapport.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Travel up to 20% (photoshoots, showroom locations, etc.).
Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 a year.
