The role offers flexibility and can be filled either as a

permanent position

or on a

freelance basis .

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, prepare, and execute motorsport projects worldwide

Set up, configure, and maintain analog and digital radio communication systems

Install and support wireless and wired intercom and video systems

Deploy and manage small‑to‑mid‑scale IT systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at the module level, both at trackside and on‑site with customers

Document technical setups, project activities and configurations – providing technical advice, feedback and recommendations

Keep an overview, maintain and manage equipment inventory onsite

Effectively coordinate and work closely with event planners and the racing teams in a dynamic and diverse field of operation

THAT'S YOU

Advanced‑Level technical/operational/troubleshooting knowledge to support the company's equipment and requirements on events of different scales and levels

Successfully completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, event technician, electronics technician for devices and systems, IT technician, or communication electronics technician)

Strong technical expertise and enthusiasm for radio, intercom, audio, and IT technologies

First‑hand experience in motorsports, event technology, and/or broadcasting is a plus

High willingness to travel, flexibility, and enthusiasm for participating in high‑profile racing events

Passion for end‑to‑end project execution and problem‑solving

English communication skills, written and spoken or any additional language skill are a plus

Frequent travel is necessary as an essential function of this job

Valid Driver's License

Must be authorized to legally work in the US
