Overview
Summary: This role is responsible for directing Harvest Worship in Atlanta through providing a core values & servant leadership values culture of excellent worship, and creatively planning the worship aspect of experiences with other Harvest Worship leadership.

- General Educational Requirements: Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required

- Accomplish job description duties and additional duties as assigned

- Have actively served in the Dream Team for at least 12 months
- Pass background screening process
- Execute an NDA, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
- Submit to the Employee Manual

General Spiritual Requirements
- Be a Christian for at least two years
- Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
- If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)"
General Training Requirements
- Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership
