Graphic Designer & Content Manager Full-Time | Miami, FL
Position Overview
This role works directly under the Marketing Director and alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Event Managers to support the creative, branding, and day-to-day marketing operations across multiple real estate and hospitality-driven development projects.

This person will play a dual role: leading the creation of high-quality branded materials while also managing creative workflows, approvals, and asset organization across internal teams, agencies, brokers, and external partners. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and operationally strong. Someone who can execute beautiful design work while keeping multiple projects moving efficiently and on deadline.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Production

Design and produce marketing collateral including:

Presentations and pitch decks

Flyers and brochures

E-blasts and digital campaigns

Event invitations and signage

Social media assets and story graphics

Sales and promotional materials

Website graphics and digital content

Print materials and branded merchandise

Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms

Assist with creative direction and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns

Prepare files for print production and digital distribution

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and creative agencies

Support the creation of branded templates and scalable marketing systems

Content & Marketing Coordination

Upload and organize marketing materials across internal portals, broker platforms, cloud drives, and sales systems

Ensure all materials are properly labeled, current, and easily accessible to internal and external teams

Coordinate distribution of marketing assets to brokers, partners, and vendors alongside Marketing and Event Managers

Assist with website updates and content management

Support event marketing needs including collateral, presentations, signage, and digital invitations

Project Management & Agency Coordination

Manage project timelines and creative workflows using project management software

Brief new projects into the system with clear deliverables, timelines, and approvals

Ensure projects are routed to the correct team members for review and approval

Follow up with agencies, designers, vendors, and team members to ensure deadlines are met

Monitor project status and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks

Help oversee creative agencies and external freelancers to ensure deliverables align with brand standards and timelines

Maintain organized records of revisions, approvals, and final deliverables

Assist with quality control and proofreading of marketing materials before distribution

Support cross-department collaboration between sales, development, events, and marketing teams

Stay up to date on design trends, marketing innovations, and industry best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, or content management

Bilingual Proficient: English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, presentation design, and marketing materials

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required

Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms preferred

Experience with project management software such as Monday.com

Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle branding experience is a plus
