Were searching for a Sales Coordinator capable of juggling bookings, building strong client relationships and pulling together truly unforgettable events, meetings and conferences. Every day is different at IHG, but youll mostly be:/pulliLiaising with clients to build accurate events bookings/liliDelivering exceptional service standards in-person, on email or over the phone/liliEstablishing client requirements to effectively facilitate their needs/liliResponding to meeting

events enquiries and upselling to maximise sales, occupancy and revenue/liliAccurately logging all enquiries in the sales and catering system

compiling accurate function sheets and regular reports for the Operations Team/li/ulpWhat we need from you:/pulliPrevious groups, meeting and events experience in a hotel or sales role/liliPassion for providing excellent client experiences and client engagement/liliConfidence in proactively preventing problems and ability to handle service recovery following any complaints/liliLove of working in a fast-paced and motivated team with a desire to take the next step in your career/liliExcellent attention to detail/liliExceptional administrative and time-management skills/liliWillingness to work as part of a team and learn new things/li/ulpWhat you can expect from us:/ppThe hourly rate for this position is $23 per hour.
