Join the team that changes the way the world experiences sport. We are searching for a Product Manager, Broadcast Content & Automation to drive our product suite and future roadmap.
In this role, you will work directly with product, engineering, marketing, and account management teams to ideate, shape, and execute products and initiatives within the Broadcast sphere, primarily focused on content creation and services around supporting live sporting events throughout their entire lifecycle (pre‑game, in‑game, and post‑game).
Key to this role will be driving storytelling through automation tools and empowering our editorial and research team to provide the highest quality content efficiently, with a heavy focus on ML/AI/LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for tools that empower writers and researchers to tell deeper stories at scale, incorporating new technologies.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; segment the user base to tailor product features.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working with development teams to deliver high‑quality features on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
- Analyze user data, platform analytics, and market trends to make data‑driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including design, marketing, and operations—to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Prepare clear documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Stay focused on new tech stacks such as AI/ML/LLMs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving product innovation and growth.
- Experience working with AI/ML/LLMs and similar technologies.
- Background in sports editorial and storytelling at a high level.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies; managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, facilitating sprint planning.
- Knowledge of the sports, data, and technology industry and experience working with development teams is highly desirable.

- Pay range: $110,000 – $130,000 (base pay dependent on experience, qualifications, location).
