Driving the optimization of digital product experiences, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will operate and configure MarTech and subscription platforms, enhancing audience engagement and monetization strategies in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own the operation and optimization of platforms that support subscriptions, messaging, consent, analytics, and identity across digital products
Manage subscription and monetization flows, including offers, paywalls, and registration processes within relevant platforms
Translate business and technical requirements into platform configurations, implementation plans, and operational documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product operations, technical product management, or similar roles supporting digital products
Experience configuring and operating SaaS platforms for subscriptions, messaging, and customer lifecycle journeys
Hands-on experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation and campaign setup
Strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking implementation, including tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear operational documentation and platform configurations
