Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the marketing team and brokers to create marketing materials that support Stream Headquarters dedicated business units.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with and work under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director; meet with sales and project management teams to produce a variety of marketing deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with the marketing team to streamline production, create efficiencies in deliverables, and manage vendor relations and templated assets.
- Assess projects, identify missing pieces, and communicate requirements clearly to complete tasks quickly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects concurrently under the direction of the Strategic Marketing Director and design team.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and knowledge of production methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in the design and production of marketing deliverables.
- Leverage marketing templates and update content, design, and imagery regularly.
Qualifications
- BA or BFA in a design-related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years as a graphic designer or in a similar role
- CRE experience required
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects while collaborating with the marketing team and internal clients
- Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on time; well-organized with strong time management and ability to interface with local executives
- Ability to champion and become an expert in design, production, and printing best practices
- Continuously drive for improvement, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable
- Structured approach to problem solving
