Key responsibilities
Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos, appearing on camera 3-4 hours per week
Set content strategy, determining topics and angles for videos to engage the audience
Manage the production process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality work is delivered by the team
Required qualifications
Strong on-camera presence and ability to connect with an audience
Curiosity and adaptability to learn about finance, content creation, and YouTube growth
Experience in managing projects or teams effectively
Genuine interest in personal finance and the financial tools available to nurses
Background in content, journalism, operations, finance, or healthcare is preferred
