Seeking a full-time Luxury Travel Designer, the successful candidate will design bespoke travel experiences for ultra-high net worth clients, managing every detail from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Consults with clients to understand their preferences and exceed their travel expectations
Builds and manages personalized itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
Acts as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the travel lifecycle
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing luxury travel for high-net-worth clients
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
Extensive personal travel experience and a strong cultural curiosity
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar efficiently
