Event Webinar Producer

To support a technology client on a long-term contract, the mid-level Event Webinar Producer will manage the execution of virtual events, including live webinars and town halls, in a fully remote role with flexible hours averaging 25 per week.
Key responsibilities

Manage the virtual events production calendar and drive the creation of live, recorded, and on-demand event content
Create comprehensive event project plans and conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners and technical vendors
Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget while managing video assets on online streaming platforms

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience organizing and producing online events or live streaming productions
Technical experience with webinar platforms, specifically Zoom, and knowledge of other platforms like Adobe Connect or Webex
3+ years managing live or recorded videos in digital asset management systems or web applications
Bachelor's Degree
Project management experience delivering virtual events on time and on budget
