Job Description
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in (industry, e.g., SaaS, tech, media).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized professional with strong time management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a self-starter attitude.
