Key responsibilities
Owns talent strategy, including talent assessment, succession planning, and performance processes
Provides expertise in organizational design and advises on enhancements to roles and processes
Manages leadership development programs and ensures consistency in onboarding across all plants
Required qualifications
10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design
Proven experience partnering with business leaders to diagnose needs and implement solutions
Experience designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders or managers
Strong ability to translate enterprise frameworks into practical applications
Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments while providing clarity and accountability
