Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Field Supervision to document construction activities for billing purposes.
  • Compare, interpret, correct, and code job documents issued by customers and altered by field personnel.
  • Inventory and balance materials used against materials issued as per the customer's statement.
  • Ensure material usage is accurately reflected in billing documents.
  • Directly communicate with utility companies regarding billing questions related to billable units.
  • Send and respond to emails both internally and externally.
  • Read and interpret electric distribution construction prints.
  • Enter and/or delete necessary job package data.
  • Analyze as-built construction prints, photos, and job packages.
  • Recognize and input data missed by field crews on the as-built documents.
  • Utilize the customer's WMS Program for additional data entry and analysis.
  • Travel to job sites to gather additional information needed to complete job packages ready for billing.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Consists of sedentary work. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Substantial movements of the hands, wrists, and/or fingers.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures or viewing a computer screen.
