Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution – Comprehensive understanding of live‑streaming content operation and product assortment strategy. Work as a campaign executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration, and communication with cross‑functional teams. Monitor real‑time campaign/project performance and track post‑campaign evaluation. Provide support for general ad‑hoc duties.
Data Analysis & Insights – Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision‑making. Build dashboards, generate regular performance reports, and highlight key insights, trends, and optimization.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business or a related discipline.
Data driven; analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
Proven ability to own projects from inception to implementation.
Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives.
Experience managing or working within cross‑functional teams.
Expert in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Preferred: Experience in e‑commerce or tech organization.
Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75 – $23.75.

They receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
