We are seeking an exceptional Director of Strategy and Business Development to join our clients senior leadership team. This is a defining role for a commercially astute strategist who thrives at the intersection of insight, influence, and execution.

You will shape the organisation’s long-term market direction, build the partnerships that drive sustainable growth, and ensure our commercial strategy is always one step ahead of the market. Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, marketing, finance, and operations, you will have the authority and visibility to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Do:
Lead short/long term market strategy
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive movements
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances
Drive initiatives to expand market share and enter new verticals
Track ROI of BD initiatives and optimise resource allocation

What You Bring:
10+ years in strategic planning, BD, or corporate strategy
Proven track record developing market strategies that drive measurable growth
Strong analytical skills, market research, financial modelling, strategic analysis
Exceptional communication xsgimln and stakeholder-management skills
Experience navigating partnership ecosystems
Familiarity with product development life cycles and GTM frameworks
Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics; MBA preferred
